Hi, my name is Dr. Alexandria Charles, and I am a Veterinarian at Pebble Maryland Animal Hospital. I am passionate about providing high-quality care and helping my patients feel comfortable and confident in their treatment.
Personal Hobbies and Interests
Outside the clinic, I enjoy traveling, spending time at the beach, trying new restaurants, and relaxing with my three Chihuahuas, Tommy, Marshall, and Charlie. Charlie, who has hydrocephalus and only one eye, has taught me just how resilient animals can be.
Education
I was born and raised in Southern California and earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from St. Matthew's University School of Veterinary Medicine. I completed my clinical training at the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine and am ECFVG certified to practice in the United States.
Professional Background
I enjoy all aspects of small animal medicine, with particular interests in diagnosing and treating illnesses, surgery, urgent care, and preventive medicine. I believe every patient deserves compassionate, individualized care, and I work closely with pet owners to develop treatment plans that keep their companions healthy and thriving. I look forward to building lasting relationships with pets and their families while providing the highest quality veterinary care.
